Process Engineer

Role Overview

You'll help shape the future and improve lives for billions of people around the world by providing process engineering support within the High-Speed Converting Team. You'll develop process and technology solutions that enable innovation programs, lead and support end-to-end process development, and provide process engineering support to establish equipment designs that deliver against process and product success criteria.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing process engineering support, leading and supporting end-to-end process development, and providing creativity in the design, development, and optimization of Personal Care converting and manufacturing equipment and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science related discipline
• Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete assignments and related activities in an acceptable manner
• Strong Communication skills – for internal and external stakeholder collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize and support projects on a self-directed basis
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a team-based environment
