What You Will Do

Develop and deliver equipment and processes that meet safety requirements, policies, and guidelines. Manage medium-to-large initiatives to deliver improvements to asset performance or mill systems and lead major initiatives for breakthrough improvements per asset objectives.

Why It Might Be a Fit

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science or related discipline, 3+ years industrial experience in a high-speed consumer product manufacturing and/or staff environment, and experience using manufacturing analysis tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Paper Science or related discipline
• 3+ years industrial experience in a high-speed consumer product manufacturing and/or staff environment
• Experience using manufacturing analysis tools, such as: statistical process control, design of experiments, process capability studies, Six Sigma and lean manufacturing
