Client Care Co-ordinator

Are people, pets and positivity your thing? If so, we would love you to join our fantastic front-of-house team as our new Client Care Coordinator! Cromwell Vets are looking for someone pro-active and friendly to welcome clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and provide support to our brilliant team.

Requirements

• A valid driving license is required.
• Must be flexible and able to cover shifts across all Cromwell branches.
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Reception or client care experience
• Cash handling and till operation
• Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (desirable)
• IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum.
