Client Care Coordinator

Client Care Coordinator (Veterinary Receptionist) responsible for welcoming clients and their pets, managing diaries, and assisting with administrative duties. Pro-active and friendly individual required to grow within the role, with BVRA training provided.

Requirements

• Valid driving license
• Flexibility to cover shifts across all Cromwell branches
• Strong administration and organisation skills
• Confident telephone manner
• Reception or client care experience
• Cash handling and till operation
• IT skills – confident in the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous experience of working in a veterinary/doctors surgery (desirable)
