We are looking for a Helpdesk Associate to provide Tier 1 support to our small and midsize business customers by answering general inquiries and troubleshooting Linxup devices. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in a helpdesk contact center or support role, technical troubleshooting experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
