Job Description
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated Children’s Registered Manager for a family-run care in Derby. The role involves leading a new children’s residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations, and fostering a supportive and empowering environment for children and staff. Requirements
- To be successful in this role you must have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior role within a children’s residential setting
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding and relevant legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
