Children’s Registered Manager

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated Children’s Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Derby. This role involves register compliance, team management, care plan oversight, recruitment, staff development, and building relationships with families and agencies. Requirements

• Register with Ofsted
• Lead and inspire a team of care professionals
• Oversee care plans, risk assessments and behaviour strategies
• Manage recruitment, training and staff development
• Build strong relationships with external agencies and families
• Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and data protection
• Promote a nurturing, structured and empowering environment
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
