Supervisor, Formulation (3rd Shift)

Role Overview

As a Formulation Supervisor, you will partner with management to establish production and quality control standards, develop budgets and cost controls, and plan and direct formulation activities in the mixing and spice prep departments. You will work to optimize production and efficiently use human resources, machines, and equipment.

What You Will Do

You will obtain data regarding products, plan and direct formulation activities, manage safety programs, interview and hire employees, and manage production schedules. You will also analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to implement methods to eliminate problems and improve product quality.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent
• Experience in formulation recipes and operating formulating machinery
• Ability to interpret safety, operating, maintenance, and procedure documents
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
• Leadership ability
