Case Manager- Children Residential

The Case Manager- Children Residential position at Little City is a full-time, in-person role that involves working with children residing in the children’s residential program. The role requires a college or university degree and at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Carries a caseload of children living in assigned homes
• Conducts weekly visits with each assigned child
• Secures documentation and compiles historical information
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
