The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring comprehensive behavior support programs for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other intellectual disabilities. The BCBA will assess, train, and support staff to ensure proper implementation of interventions and strategies.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
- Masters Degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy required.
- Experience in the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior and skill deficits related to autism spectrum disorder, severe behavior disorder, and intellectual disabilities is required.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary.
- Experience working in a school or private therapeutic school is preferred.
