Call Handler

We are recruiting for a Call Handler to join our client's office based team in Harlow. This is a temporary ongoing position to support increased call volumes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in call handling, customer service, retail, hospitality or a similar customer facing role
• A confident and clear telephone manner
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
