The HRIS & Operations Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday across multiple modules to ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management and/or Computer Science related field.
- 3–5 years of HRIS or Workday functional experience supporting core HR processes
- Knowledge in Retail industry preferred.
- Must be experienced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); in Excel, must have ability to create pivot tables, vlookups)
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities; strong data analysis acumen and focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Workday business processes, integrations, HCM transactions, benefits are highly preferred.
