A full-time branch-based opportunity working 35 hours per week. Supporting customers face-to-face in everyday banking tasks, while helping them through important moments, offering reassurance, guidance and practical support. Adapting to different customer needs, promoting and supporting digital services, and confidently helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
