Job Description
We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our 1st Line Technical Support team as an Incident Technician. You'll gain knowledge and experience to progress quickly in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Basic phone and remote troubleshooting and support
- Process assigned tickets, updating notes, adding time, escalating where necessary
- Follow, update, and create documentation relating to technical issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, repair, and service hardware, networks, and phones
- Maintain a documentation library for customer applications and infrastructure
- Meet all scheduled appointments each day
- Build positive relationships with customers
