Localize is looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our fast-growing, remote-first SaaS company. You’ll be on the front lines of a scaling sales engine, helping global brands unlock value through better localization solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with experience closing technical solutions in the $40K–$100K+ range.
- Proven ability to manage inbound leads and self-generate outbound pipeline.
- Experience selling to both technical and business stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Exceptional collaborator who partners seamlessly with Sales Leadership and Solutions Engineers to craft and execute winning deal strategies that align with customer objectives and business goals.
- Strong command of solution-based selling frameworks, with consultative discovery and value-based negotiation.
- Prior success working 100% remotely (4+ years preferred); highly self-directed and accountable.
- High technical fluency; comfortable discussing JavaScript, HTML, and implementation paths with engineers.
- Strong discovery and listening skills you uncover root pains, guide clarity, and co-create outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with ability to map multi-step buying journeys, anticipate objections, and align internal resources.
- Clear and persuasive communicator, both written and verbal, with exceptional follow-through.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all customer interactions, deal documentation, and project follow-ups.
