Usercentrics is looking for a driven, full-cycle Account Executive who can manage the complete sales journey - from lead generation to closed-won revenue. This hybrid role combines traditional SDR responsibilities with AE ownership, offering the opportunity to operate effectively at the top of the funnel and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
Requirements
- Identify and engage key decision-makers at target accounts using outbound outreach (cold calling, email, and LinkedIn).
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and move them into active sales conversations.
- Conduct discovery calls to assess fit and align on customer pain points and needs.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through strategic prospecting and market segmentation.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaign follow-up and lead handoffs.
- Manage the entire sales process from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and tailor the solution to customer requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with legal, marketing, and compliance teams within target organizations.
- Strategically pursue mid-market and enterprise accounts across regulated industries.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene through HubSpot (or similar tools).
- Work closely with Customer Success and Product to ensure smooth onboarding and feedback sharing.
