Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary degree or certification
• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or Chef
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work in a high-pressure environment
• Food Safety Certification (required)
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
