Pool Server - Oasis Grill at Centennial Plaza

The Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, maintaining a clean dining area, handling cash transactions, and collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Requirements

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure guests' needs are met, including refills, condiments, and other requests.
• Accurately process guest transactions through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food is handled, stored, and served correctly.
• Monitor and assist in managing inventory levels for dining and beverage supplies.
• Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Assist with setting up and preparing for private events, banquets, or special functions.
• Provide support during high-volume events, ensuring a smooth dining experience for large groups.
