Requirements

• Ability to listen carefully to guests' requests and relay instructions to others
• Skilled communicator capable of engaging with guests and team members with clarity and professionalism
• Guest service focused and able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a high level of personalized service
• Team player who contributes to a positive environment and smooth operations
• Familiar with various types of food and beverages commonly served at banquets, including dietary restrictions and preferences
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts quickly
