Requirements

• Three years of hands-on general maintenance experience
• Technical or vocational training in engineering, building maintenance, or a related field
• Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Valid Florida Driver License
• Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
