Requirements
- Previous hotel maintenance experience
- Basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing knowledge
- Strong mechanical background
- Valid Florida Driver License
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighting up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work flexible schedule
