Steward

As a Steward at Loews Coral Gables Hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and back of house areas. This role involves washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring that all areas are cleaned to the highest standard.

Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality-related work, preferred
• Multi-tasking skills and internal/external customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting heavy items, standing for long periods, and operating cleaning equipment
