Steward

A Steward role at Loews Miami Beach Hotel involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and back of house areas, ensuring dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. The Steward will work effectively as part of a team to support culinary, banquets, and outlets departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen, cleaning, or hospitality-related work, preferred
• Multi-tasking skills, internal/external customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting heavy items, standing for long periods, and operating cleaning equipment
