Benefits Specialist | Human Resources

Logan Health is seeking a detail-driven, compassionate, and solutions-focused Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, paid time off, retirement plans, and leave of absence coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in employee benefits required; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and mail merge functions; strong data analysis and tracking capabilities.
• Knowledge of benefit compliance regulations (FMLA, ERISA, HIPAA, etc.) is a plus.
• Organized, approachable, and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player who demonstrates integrity, empathy, and a drive for continuous improvement.
