LogicGate is looking for a Product Support Analyst to join its growing Product Support team. The role will involve providing excellent support to customers, handling inquiries, and troubleshooting product-related issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in the technology industry or a B2B SaaS startup environment
• Ability to reduce a complex topic to a few simple steps
• Quick to learn new technologies and eager to share passion for technology and software with others
• Skillful communicator and ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task, and execute projects cross-functionally
