As part of our retail team, the East Coast Regional Manager is responsible for developing extraordinary Store Managers, creating great customer experience and impacting growth across Longchamp Boutiques through outstanding service.
Requirements
- BA degree in business or a related degree or equivalent work experience & education
- 5+ years of luxury retail experience managing multi-site stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
- 5+ years of management experience leading at least a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented role desired
- Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail or hospitality industry operations and financial reporting
- Experience partnering with department store concessions and/or multi-channel retail formats preferred
- Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience managing store openings, remodels, and/or expansions within a luxury or premium retail environment
- Ability to work full-time (the work regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week) including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Experienced in coaching, employee engagement, leadership and soft skills training
- Ability to influence and lead senior store leaders through change, ambiguity, and growth
- Proficiency in retail reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and CRM/clienteling platforms
