Job Description
The Retail Regional Manager supports the Vice President of Retail in leading a group of Simon Pearce stores to strong and sustainable performance, ensuring a consistent and welcoming customer experience and achieving sales and profitability goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of retail leadership experience, including multi-unit or store management experience.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, financial performance, and team leadership.
- Ability to build strong relationships across stores, teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Passion for customer experience, craftsmanship, and storytelling through product.
