Job Description
As a Senior Proposal Writer, you'll help our firm win strategic government contracts by crafting high-quality proposals that set us apart. You'll lead the development of persuasive proposals, manage proposal volumes, and partner with executive leadership to shape proposal strategies.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience writing and developing comprehensive federal proposals
- 7+ years of experience managing full lifecycle proposal efforts for complex federal opportunities
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience
