Job Description
We are seeking a Global HR Business Partner to support our Integrated Biologics functions and partner closely with senior members of the INB Leadership Team. The role involves designing and implementing people solutions aligned with Lonza's global and Functional talent strategy, and playing a pivotal role in strengthening organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor and master degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Significant HR leadership experience (10+ years) with global exposure
- Strong strategic HR capability, including building and executing people strategies aligned to business goals
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Advanced capability in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, using HR metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change leadership skills
