Global HR Business Partner - Director level

We are seeking a Global HR Business Partner to support our Integrated Biologics functions and partner closely with senior members of the INB Leadership Team. The role involves shaping, delivering, and advising on people and organizational initiatives to enable business growth and build organizational capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor and master degree, or equivalent education and experience
• Significant HR leadership experience with a global exposure, operating as a senior HR Business Partner in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong strategic HR capability, including building and executing people strategies aligned to business goals, influencing senior leaders, and driving organizational effectiveness
