Billing Coordinator

We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our business services group at Lowenstein Sandler, one of the most sophisticated law firms in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for proper and accurate client billing, developing strong relationships with attorneys and clients, and ensuring excellent client services and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Responsible for the billing cycle for designated portfolios of client matters
• Establishes, fosters, and maintains professional and collaborative relationships with attorneys, business services personnel, and clients
• Understands outside counsel guidelines and client agreed rates and ensures accurate preparation of bills
• Collaborates with the eBilling coordinator regarding new client and matter eBilling set-ups
• Communicates directly with partners, their assistants and clients as requested
