Deskside Services Technician

Lowenstein Sandler seeks a Deskside Services Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, set up and repair technology, and provide support for conferences and meetings.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
• Deploy and set up IT equipment
• Demonstrate expertise in Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and AV troubleshooting
• Establish and manage video conferencing sessions
• Provide audio/video support during events and meetings
• Assist with office moves and maintain an organized inventory of hardware and parts
• Collaborate with the Help Desk and technical staff to identify and resolve desktop environment issues
• Track the status of issues and repairs, maintaining clear communication with users
• Offer training and assistance to staff on audio/video technology and usage
