Job Description
LRN is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. As a BDR, you'll research prospective accounts, connect with decision-makers, and create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, or Lead Generation (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and activity goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with compliance, learning, or HR technology solutions is a plus
