Requirements
- Lead complex compensation analyses and modeling
- Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions
- Co-own and manage the company-wide annual rewards cycle
- Own and manage compensation survey submissions
- Contribute to the evolution of global compensation structures
- Provide subject matter expertise on FLSA classifications, job architecture, and wage & hour compliance
