Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Compensation Manager to lead the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards and a strong consultative mindset. The role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in compensation who can provide data-driven insights and consultative guidance to support business objectives in a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Lead complex compensation analyses and modeling
- Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation decisions
- Own and manage the company wide annual rewards cycle
- Own the evaluation and leveling of new and evolving roles
- Contribute to the evolution of global compensation structures
- Collaborate across HR to ensure compensation programs are well understood and consistently applied
- Provide subject matter expertise on FLSA classifications, job architecture, and wage & hour compliance
