AI Engineer (mid-level/senior)

Lucidya is a fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered customer experience solutions for enterprises across the MENA region. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent AI agents that solve real business problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven systems, with a proven track-record of achieving business value from AI agents
• Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Practical experience using TensorFlow, OpenAISDK or similar frameworks
• Experience deploying AI models into production or production-like environments
• Strong understanding of AI evals and guardrails
• Ability to analyze complex problems and design innovative AI-driven solutions
• Strong systems thinking, understanding how models behave in real-world environments
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape
• Proactivity is key - not just a task doer
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, product-driven teams
• Able to clearly document and explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
