AI Engineer (mid-level/senior)

Lucidya is a fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered customer experience solutions for enterprises across the MENA region. We are launching a new AI Agents business unit and are seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents that solve real business problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven systems
• Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques
• Practical experience using TensorFlow, OpenAISDK or similar frameworks
• Experience deploying AI models into production or production-like environments
• Strong understanding of AI evals and guardrails
• Ability to analyze complex problems and design innovative AI-driven solutions
• Strong systems thinking, understanding how models behave in real-world environments
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape
• Proactivity and ability to work in cross-functional, product-driven teams
