Voice AI Engineer (Mid/Senior)

We are launching a new AI Agents business unit and seeking a Voice AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent Voice Agents that solve real business problems. This role goes beyond experimentation and requires taking Voice Agents from concept to production, ensuring performance, reliability, and business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Voice Agents
• Strong programming skills in Python (Java is a plus)
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with voice systems (ASR, TTS, or conversational IVR)
• Experience deploying AI models into production or production-like environments
