Assistant Property Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to provide excellent customer service and daily management of apartment community operations. Emphasis on maintaining a positive living environment for student residents, maximizing occupancy, and establishing a positive working environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service and / or sales experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, commitment to solve resident issues
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 Year Apartment leasing required
• Strong filing, computer and organization skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic and pride in work product
• Valid Driver’s License
