Assistant Property Manager

Ludwig and Company is a highly respected Property management firm looking for an Assistant Property Manager for a 151 unit apartment complex in South Bend, IN. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage community operations, and act in the absence of the Property Manager.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service and / or sales experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, commitment to solve resident issues
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 Year Apartment leasing required
• Strong filing, computer and organization skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic and pride in work product
• Valid Driver’s License
