Assistant Property Manager

Ludwig and Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their 104-unit apartment complex in Fitchburg, WI. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage daily operations, and maximize occupancy. Responsibilities include leasing, social programs, rent collections, and maintenance coordination.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, commitment to solve resident issues
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 Year Apartment leasing required
• Strong filing, computer and organization skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong work ethic and pride in work product
• Valid Driver's License
