Job Description
Luma is hiring founding Account Executives to help define its early go-to-market motion for a category-defining AI platform. This is a non-traditional sales role where you will own the entire sales cycle and help shape the messaging, positioning, and sales motion for the platform.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of closing sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota
- Experience owning the full sales cycle including pipeline generation, discovery, and closing
- Strong discovery skills and the ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills that resonate with both technical and executive audiences
