Job Description
As a Customer Care Residential Advisor, you are responsible for handling customer files from start to finish and providing second-line support to customers, providing optimal service and playing a key role in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

- Analyze and answer customer questions
- Contact customers by phone and in writing
