Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end handling of customer files and second-line support for customers. Provide optimal service to B2C customers and play an important role in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
- First work experience in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques, communication, and negotiation
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Operational knowledge of French is a plus
