Job Description
Customer Care Residential Advisor responsible for handling customer files and second-line support for customers within the Moves team, providing optimal service to B2C customers.
Requirements
- Follow assigned tasks daily and adhere to work guidelines and internal procedures
- Analyze and answer customer questions
- Take contact with customers by phone and in writing
- Check and update customer data in the system
- Make proposals for improvement to increase service quality and internal process efficiency
- Work together with various teams within the department
