Job Description
Join Luna Grill as an Assistant General Manager and lead with vision and energy to support GMs, coach teams, and ensure operational excellence across our restaurants.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience (high-volume or fast-casual) required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
- Valid Food Manager Certification required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
- Solid understanding of FOH & BOH operations
- Tech-savvy with POS systems, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
