Requirements
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Food Manager Certification
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
- Solid understanding of FOH & BOH operations
- Tech-savvy with POS systems, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
