Job Description
Join Our Team as a Kitchen Manager at Luna Grill, a fast-growing people-first brand. Opportunities are available in California, Texas, and Arizona. As a Kitchen Manager, you will lead, mentor, and drive results in a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional food experiences.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of restaurant or BOH experience; management experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High standards for food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and lead under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations
- Experience with systems like Microsoft Office, Dayforce, Sysco, or similar
- Food Handler / ServSafe certification required
