We are looking for a Level 2 Support Analyst to work on-site at ALPLA Group, with a focus on second-level technical support, ensuring stability of IT environments, support for the N1 team, and resolution of more complex incidents related to hardware, software, and basic infrastructure.
Requirements
- Technical professional with proactive and problem-solving profile
- Good communication skills
- Ability to act close to users and industrial environment
- Proven experience as a Level 2 Support Analyst
- Solid knowledge in: Windows (client and server), Active Directory, Corporate hardware, Basic networks (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience in on-site attendance
- Experience with call management tools
- Desired knowledge: Experience in industrial/factory environment, Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Exchange, Virtualization basics, Backup knowledge, Technical certifications (Microsoft, ITIL – differential)
