Requirements
- Solid experience as a Field Support N3 Analyst
- Strong knowledge of corporate hardware (desktops and laptops)
- Advanced support for Windows
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory (basic GPOs, permissions, troubleshooting)
- Solid notions of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi)
- Experience in a presential/field support environment
