Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial data
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and cost control
